Domestic Shipping 

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS. As a one-woman studio, please allow up to 7 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Thank you for your patience and support.

International Shipping 

I ship worldwide!

As each international order is arranged individually, please email me before placing your order. I'll be happy to provide a shipping quote and guide you through the process.

Please note that shipping times may be longer for some destinations due to current international shipping conditions.

Local Pick Up

Local pickup is available in San Francisco. Select "SF Pickup" at checkout, then email me to arrange a convenient pickup time.

Orders can be collected from my studio in San Francisco's Richmond District.

Returns & EXCHANGE

As a one-woman studio, all purchases are final. Please choose carefully before placing your order. Thank you for your understanding and support.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please email me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. I will do my best to make it right.

Please note that I am unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than shipping damage.
